The Data Protection Act 1998 is being replaced on 25 May 2018 by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Changes to the regulations are reflected in the new Privacy Notices for pupils and staff. These Notices provide explanations of how pupil and staff data is used by school, Lancashire Local Authority (LA) and the Department for Education (DfE).
The Notices also advise on how you access this data and how long we store it for.
