It is important to us at Barnacre Road that all pupils experience a school environment where all children believe, belong and become through our school values or respect, kindness, endeavour, character, belonging and perseverance. When behaviour towards pupils does not live up to these values, it is important to us that pupils feel able to report issues to school staff.

Pupils are encouraged to report concerns to staff in school or via our worry boxes which can be found in each classroom. All staff know what to do next and will listen, never dismissing your concern. School will respond with appropriate, prompt actions and follow up and monitor to ensure the behaviours have not been repeated.
